About us

In 1979, TECHNOLOG was founded by the owners of SCHIFFKO with the aim of developing innovative marine engineering solutions. In 2007, the establishment of TECHNOLOG services GmbH marked the next step in the company’s development. Founded as a subsidiary of TECHNOLOG, the company expanded its range of services to include design and consulting.

Since then, we have continuously expanded our expertise, successfully established ourselves in the international market, and today support our clients worldwide.

TECHNOLOG services stands for modern ship design, expert advisory services, and professional construction supervision. Drawing on many years of experience, technical expertise, and an interdisciplinary team, we develop tailor-made solutions for the maritime industry – from the initial concept to final realization. We are a reliable partner for our clients worldwide, providing expert support throughout every stage of the project.

Our ambition is to combine technological expertise with innovative thinking and a strong commitment to quality. With around 25 employees at our locations in Hamburg and Bremen, we continuously refine existing solutions, embrace new technologies and concepts, and develop innovative solutions designed to meet the evolving demands of the maritime industry.

Ship Design and Development

From the initial concept to the finished vessel, we develop tailor-made ship designs that combine technical performance, economic efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with our clients, our experienced team draws on state-of-the-art technologies and innovative approaches to create solutions for a wide range of applications – from compact workboats to large container vessels. The result is efficient, safe, and sustainable ship designs that set the standard for tomorrow’s maritime industry.

Consultancy

Our expertise extends far beyond ship design. We advise and support our clients in addressing complex technical challenges, optimizing operational processes, and navigating statutory and regulatory requirements. As part of shipyard audits, we provide hands-on support throughout newbuilding projects, assessing processes and quality standards on site and helping to ensure their successful execution. Combining in-depth technical expertise with a holistic perspective, we develop solutions that enhance efficiency, unlock potential, and strengthen our clients’ long-term competitiveness.
